Heavy-duty Dual-station Hydraulic Pressing

The heavy-duty dual-station hydraulic pressing system provides stable and sufficient pressure for pressing and forming after casing-in.

The dual-station configuration improves production continuity, while stable hydraulic pressure ensures consistent spine forming. It also helps the endpapers bond firmly with the case and effectively expels trapped air, reducing bubbles and hollow areas for a flatter and more secure hardcover finish.

Automatic Book Block Feeding
